I am posting again about my  Strudel  😀 As we would say it here: It is soft as a soul! I became master of making home-made strudel.  But the most important thing is to enjoy and make it with love. I do not know which part of the process of making it I love the most: when I mix it, or fill it... I always say something nice to it, sometimes I sing and play while baking is in the process... Little things, happiness and meaning... 💓

The book was published in September 2020 but yesterday I finally got the hard-copy. A friend sent it from Canada as a 50 birthday gift.
