Entropy

My favorite law in physics is The Second Law of Thermodynamics.

The second law of thermodynamics establishes the concept of entropy as a physical property of a thermodynamic system. Entropy predicts the direction of spontaneous processes, and determines whether they are irreversible or impossible, despite obeying the requirement of conservation of energy, which is established in the first law of thermodynamics (Source: Wikipedia).

Short and simple it says that everything falls apart...

This is how I see it in my garden, with all beautiful flowers and trees I share my space and life with. 

Reversible! ;-) 

My New Book "Zen Stories from Serbian Forest Land" (in Serbian)

This year I have decided to publish my book as hard-copy, not only as an e-version like I did for the past few years.

SM.ART and SMisao

For quite some time now I promote my small art installations with SM.ART sign.

Only few days ago i have realized that in Serbian language word Purpose is written also with my initials: SMisao. Additionally, Smisao in Serbian also has word Misao=Thought.

Well, this is beautiful!

First "product" of SM.ART and SMisao are calendars for 2023 which are printed and will be with me beginning of next week.

Disconnected with Nature

I attended great webinar organized by IONS last week. It was very interesting and useful discussion with Dean Radin, PhD (Chief Scientist at IONS) and Dr. Lissa Rankin, MD, New York Times Bestselling Author.

Dr Rankin shared a story: in one tribe she stayed with if someone get sick they would first ask that person: "How did you disconnect with nature?" (paraphrased here).

My home-made Strudel...

I am posting again about my Strudel 😀

As we would say it here: It is soft as a soul!

I became master of making home-made strudel. 

But the most important thing is to enjoy and make it with love. I do not know which part of the process of making it I love the most: when I mix it, or fill it... I always say something nice to it, sometimes I sing and play while baking is in the process...

Frankl uses the term in reference to (1) existence itself, that is, the way of being that is uniquely human; (2) the meaning of existence; (3) the striving to find a concrete meaning in personal existence.

Ability of the human person to choose “to take a stand on whatever conditions might confront them” Freedom of the will is opposed to determinism, but does not imply freedom from conditions in life. Freedom of the will is one of three axioms upon which logotherapy and existential analysis is based.

One of the categorical values. The value by which one finds meaning through the stand one takes toward a situation, especially an unchangeable fate; that is, the choice of an attitude that allows the human person to rise above an unchangeable predicament and to grow beyond oneself.
